Franchise System Growth

Critter Control added 10 new franchise locations in 2019 (the largest system growth since 2007) and an additional 6 units in 2020, 12 in 2021 and 9 in 2022, bringing the franchise system's total footprint to 86 locations nationwide, with more to come.

In 2020, Critter Control welcomed locations in Wilmington, NC, Southern Utah, West Central Wisconsin, Columbia, SC, Boston, MA and Roanoke, VA, bringing the franchise system's total footprint to 79 locations nationwide, with more to come.

The company's main priority is to support franchise owner success. "The addition of these markets should reassure our franchise family of our commitment to the Critter Control brand," said Jeff Campbell, Vice President.

Given the growth of the industry, Critter Control predicts more growth in the years ahead.
